Lehrer OTA

Job Summary

FRESENIUS HEliOS HOSPITALS is seeking a qualified Lehrer OTA to join our team. As a Lehrer OTA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing theoretical and practical training programs, utilizing innovative teaching methods and our digital campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our students
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective training experience
• Conduct regular visits to our training sites in Berlin-Buch, Berlin-Zehlendorf, and Bad Saarow to monitor student progress and provide support
• Assess student performance and provide feedback to ensure they meet the required standards
• Work with our curriculum development team to create and implement new training programs and materials

Requirements

• Completed education as an Operationstechnischer Assistent (m/w/d) or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) with relevant further education
• Completed education in pedagogy, such as Medizinpädagogik or Pflegepädagogik
• Experience in teaching and a passion for working with our students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
