About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EDI Integration Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and integrating interfaces using our digital platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement EDI interfaces using SAP and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with external IT providers and SAP Key Users to execute projects and ensure effective integration.
- Act as the primary contact for EDI integrations with internal and external business partners.
- Provide 2nd level support for EDI tasks, conduct technical analysis, and define work packages to improve existing business processes.
- Drive the digitalization and automation of manual processes, supporting processes within SAP ERP, and collaborating with the international IT organization for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements:
- Technical vocational training or degree in a sector related to IT.
- Initial experience in IT project management is highly desirable.
- Motivation and curiosity about different IT-based logistical processes.
- Experience with transfer protocols such as AS2, REST, (S)FTP, http.
- Knowledge with SAP modules or willingness to learn SAP-ERP / SD.
- Knowledge of IT interfaces and EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI-X12, XML) is highly desirable.
- Good English skills to operate in intercultural teams.
