Plastics Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Mechanic (m/w/d) Plastics to join our team at NKV GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our plastic injection molding machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of plastic injection molding machines
• Benchmark new tools and set up the injection molding machines
• Continuously improve production processes and workflows
• Perform quality and release checks
• Maintain and repair our machines and tools

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic (m/w/d) with a focus on plastic parts
• Alternatively, completed a vocational training in a related field, such as plastics molding or industrial mechanics
• Enjoy working with modern machines and taking on responsibility
• Team player with excellent reliability
• Analytical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently under time pressure
• High level of commitment
