Vestas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Installation Project Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our onshore wind team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of installation activities and will navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project planning and control processes using standardized workflow packages and work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • Implement and adhere to Vestas management systems, including the Vestas Construction Project Execution Manual, HSE, and Quality standards.
  • Support optimization of project programs and deliverables.
  • Direct the implementation of new developed installation concepts.
  • Plan and deploy resources in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor project risk, progress, budget, and performance on a continuous basis.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all reporting requirements are met on time and to the required quality.

Requirements:

  • Possess a significant level of knowledge within the project management discipline.
  • Hold a project management degree or equivalent; similar or other qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
  • Have 3+ years of experience within an environment where Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment disciplines played a significant role.
  • Experience in the leadership of large-scale projects is a great advantage.
  • Possess good IT skills working with Microsoft-based platforms, SAP, and coordination systems.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Possess a driving license.
