Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer for Radar Test Systems to join our team in the Airborne Radar Test Equipment Software department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop real-time software for radar test systems, including the Radar Environment Simulator.
  • Analyze software requirements and define suitable software architectures.
  • Implement, test, and verify software, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Support the integration of test systems into various radar system test environments.
  • Create project documentation and participate in task planning, estimating development efforts.

Requirements

  • Completed scientific studies in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in embedded real-time software development on multicore platforms.
  • Experience in agile development processes and software variant management is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of programming languages C, C++, and Python is required, with Ada and Linux knowledge being advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and excellent teamwork and social skills are essential.
  • Business fluent German and very good English skills are required.
