Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektleiter, der unsere strategischen Projekte im Bereich Controlling und Finance erfolgreich umsetzen kann. Als Leiter von globalen Projekten und Initiativen bist du verantwortlich für die Moderation von Steuerungsgremien und Projektboards in unserer FiCo Organisation.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Identifizierung, Bewertung und Priorisierung unseres Programm- und Projektportfolios
  • Management der Anforderungen von Fachbereichen und Abstimmung mit unseren strategischen Projekten, Kapazitäten und operativen Themen
  • Steuerung unserer Projektaktivitäten rund um Corporate Controlling und Finance, insbesondere hinsichtlich unserer Digitalisierung und Transformation
  • Prozessanalysen und effiziente Dokumentation im Bereich Controlling & Finance
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Erfahrungen im Change-Management und bei der Leitung von internationalen Projekten oder Projektmodulen
  • Wertvolles Know-How in der Prozessgestaltung, idealerweise im Bereich Finance & Controlling
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
