Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen Senior Accountant / Alleinbuchhalter (m/w/d), der unsere Finanzabteilung weiter stärken wird. Die Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die laufende Buchhaltung, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Die Vorbereitung und das Aufstellen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
  • Die Vorbereitung von Finanzberichten und die Durchführung der lokalen Abschlüsse gemäß IFRS
  • Die Zahlungsüberwachung, Nachverfolgung der Ausstände sowie Projektbestandsverwaltung
  • Die Abstimmung sowie Reporting
Profil

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzexperten mit:

  • Betriebswirtschaftlichem Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung im entsprechenden Bereich
  • Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung als Accountant / Alleinbuchhalter
  • Guten Kenntnissen im Steuerrecht
  • Analytischem Denken, ausgeprägter Zahlenaffinität, strukturierter und präziser Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherem Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Technischem Verständnis für ERP-Systeme (z.B. Salesforce, SAP) und hohem Prozessinteresse
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache oder verhandlungssicher
