Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager (m/f/d) Strategic Projects Microscopic Imaging Solution to join our team. As a key member of our Global Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of the Microscopic Imaging Solution business on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive market leadership and company growth
  • Support the Global Business Unit Head in defining strategic priorities and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) for the MIS strategic project portfolio
  • Coordinate project steering and governance, and prepare and conduct Senior Management (Executive Committee) meetings
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings with the global senior management, and report directly to the Global Business Unit Head for Microscopic Imaging Solution
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in a top management consultancy, with a strong background in project management and sales, marketing, and/or service topics regarding B2B businesses
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including in English
  • Strong analytical skills, with a commercial mindset and a confident manner
  • Ability to prioritize quickly and effectively manage tasks
