Join the BMW Group Sales Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as an intern. As a key member of our New Retail Core Team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our new digital processes and systems in close collaboration with our European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and design of future sales channel development within the BMW Group.
  • Coordinate and document international meetings with market representatives and organize workshops.
  • Help the project go live with milestone planning, communication, and rollout measures.
  • Support the ramp up of our implementation monitoring as well as the project team with preparing concepts of documents.
Requirements:
  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Structured and independent way of working and analytical skills.
  • Interest in working at the interface between business administration and IT.
  • Interest in sales topics and in interacting with colleagues in the European sales companies.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in agile working methods and in-depth knowledge of using the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence) are an advantage.
