Job Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Certification Engineer specializing in Medical Robotics. This position involves ensuring that medical robotic products comply with relevant legal standards and regulations. You will work closely with clients to facilitate the certification process, ensuring their products are safe for use in medical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret standards, processes, and procedures related to the certification of medical robotics.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to clients regarding the requirements and processes for medical robotics certification.
  • Analyze medical robotic systems and test data to confirm compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to clients throughout the certification journey.
  • Conduct technical reviews and independent assessments to maintain the integrity of certification programs for medical robots.
  • Manage documentation and records pertaining to certification activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in robotics, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the certification of medical devices or robotic systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex technical information.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in the field of medical robotics certification.
  • Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).
