Key Responsibilities
  • Support and accompany a student throughout their school day
  • Assist in organizing daily activities (including practical help and guidance)
  • Facilitate communication and the development of social skills (promoting interaction, resolving conflicts, explaining social norms, interpreting non-verbal cues, and recognizing emotional needs)
  • Encourage the development of social connections within the school environment
  • Evaluate potential risks during lessons and breaks
  • Communicate and uphold school regulations
  • Accompany students on educational trips and excursions
  • Enhance social competencies

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing the educational policies of the institution
  • Collaborating with parents and working alongside interdisciplinary teams
  • Managing administrative tasks such as drafting biannual progress reports, participating in planning sessions, and documenting interventions
Qualifications
  • Degree in education or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience with children and adolescents, ideally in educational contexts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of empathy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across various disciplines
  • Adaptability and resilience in challenging circumstances
