Key Responsibilities:- Onsite Assistance: Execute hardware and software installations and repairs on location, including data transfers (PCs, printers, etc.).
- 1st & 2nd Level Support: Manage assigned service requests through the portal, document activities in the ticketing system, assist the Operations team, and provide local network support.
- Problem Resolution: Offer initial solutions based on existing documentation, prioritize and categorize service requests according to customer guidelines.
- Maintenance Tasks: Conduct IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, along with hardware and software maintenance and support.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments and coordinate with subsequent support teams (2nd/3rd Level).
- Customer Engagement: Address various customer inquiries, provide updates on issue resolution and analysis.
- ITSM | ITIL: Enhance and document ITSM processes in line with ITIL standards, configure, remotely set up, and maintain IT devices.
- Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification is advantageous.
- Proficient in Windows client and server operating systems.
- Familiarity with Azure-AD/AD is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including switching, routing, and wireless technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in software and hardware management.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in written and spoken English.
