Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Professional to join our team at Café Klosters. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and supporting our team members with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash transactions, including processing payments and handling customer complaints.
  • Support our team members with disabilities, providing assistance with daily tasks and activities as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
  • Commitment to the values and principles of the German Red Cross.
