Service Engineer for Parking Solutions

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Central Parking. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining our parking systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission parking systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on parking equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train customers' staff on parking system operation and maintenance, ensuring they are equipped to manage their systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, electromechanics, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in the service sector, preferably in a similar role.
  • Class B car driving license, with a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in PC software and hardware, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German, with a strong understanding of the language and culture.
