Controller (m/w/d) - Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at Dussmann Group as a Controller (m/w/d). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as analyzing financial data and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and coordination of the annual budget and forecast processes
  • Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and transparency
  • Support the commercial director in all aspects of day-to-day business
  • Project controlling and accounts receivable management
  • Regular support, training, and exchange with operational employees (site managers, department managers)

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in operational controlling, preferably in the service industry or project business
  • Practical experience in internal and external accounting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Accurate, independent, and integrated working style
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), management information systems (MIS), and SAP
  • Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
  • English language skills in writing and speaking are desirable
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
