OUR OBJECTIVEAs a vital member of our Quality Management team, you will be instrumental in upholding the quality standards of our products and services. Your role will involve the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes, mitigate risks, and elevate customer satisfaction.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESIn the position of Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) focusing on Advanced Quality and Safety Complaints, you will be tasked with employing quality management methodologies during the initial phases of product development to ensure that quality and reliability are integrated into our offerings prior to production. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Investigating internal and external safety-related quality concerns
- Formulating, agreeing upon, and monitoring sustainable improvement initiatives for product and process quality
- Leading Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions
- Engaging in product development projects in the capacity of Advanced Quality
- Overseeing safety complaints and recall procedures in close coordination with relevant departments, clients, insurers, and service providers
- Monitoring corrective actions during pre-series production
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Additional certification as a Quality Manager (m/f/d) is a plus
- Professional experience and knowledge of lighting products and their functionalities
- Proficient in quality management tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa, and 5-Why
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
