Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team at APAG Personalplanung GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials
• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Develop and implement efficient logistics and supply chain strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
• Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related data
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics and inventory management, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in logistics software a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
