• Coordinate the deployment of personnel and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor and control the construction process, including conducting site inspections and quality control checks
• Take ownership of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and financial statements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and development opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in electrical project management, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project and Asana
