Train Conductor (m/f/d) Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Train Conductor to join our team at Transdev Mitteldeutschland GmbH. As a Train Conductor, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining modern rail vehicles in passenger transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain rail vehicles to ensure safe and efficient transportation of passengers
  • Monitor and assess the operational readiness of trains to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers on board, adhering to company guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless train operations and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Train Conductor with relevant qualifications
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Meet health and psychological requirements for the role
  • Availability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
