Aufgabenbereich- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Mitgründer zusammen, um die Sichtbarkeit unserer Marke zu steigern.
- Durchführung von Recherchen zu Themen der Global Mobility und HR-Trends, insbesondere in den Bereichen Workation, Remote Work, Dienstreise-Compliance und Travel Management.
- Erstellung von zielgruppenspezifischem und relevantem Content für unsere Kunden.
- Konzeption und Planung von plattformspezifischen Video- und Bildformaten, die mit einem Hauch von professionellem Humor versehen sind.
- Verfassen kreativer Texte für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle, dabei achtest du auf die richtige Tonalität, Struktur und Zielgruppenansprache und bist mit den Anforderungen an SEO und Algorithmen vertraut.
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Online-Marketing und in der Content-Produktion.
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen SEO und Social Media Management.
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Recherche komplexer Themen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Global Mobility, HR, Workation und Dienstreise-Compliance.
- Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Selbstständige, kreative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
