Wir suchen:

Für unsere Abteilung IT-Entwicklung suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n und dynamische:n Product Manager:in für Backend-Entwicklung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

In der Rolle des Product Managers für Backend-Entwicklung (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit deinem Entwicklungsteam an der Optimierung unserer internen Softwaresysteme. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Verantwortung für die fortlaufende Verbesserung der Softwareprodukte in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Erstellung von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern sowie Priorisierung und Sicherstellung von verbindlichen Lieferterminen
  • Zusammenstellung von Arbeitspaketen für deine Teammitglieder basierend auf Anforderungsanalysen
  • Entwicklung einer vorausschauenden Sprint- und Backlog-Planung
  • Durchführung von Reviews und Aufwandsschätzungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Ressourcenplanung
  • Beratung der Fachabteilungen und zentrale Ansprechperson für diese
  • Präsentation der Arbeitsergebnisse deines Teams im Unternehmen
Dein Profil:
  • Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler:in oder Product Owner:in im IT-Bereich
  • Sichere Anwendung von Softwareentwicklungs- und Projektmanagementmethoden, insbesondere agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban
  • Erfahrung im gesamten Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) sowie mit Priorisierungs-Frameworks wie Kano, MoSCoW oder Cost of Delay
  • Analytische, konzeptionelle und unternehmerische Denkweise zur zielführenden Analyse und Strukturierung von Kundenanforderungen
  • Organisationstalent zur Strukturierung des Product Backlogs und der User Stories
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Zusätzliche Qualifikation durch eine PSPO-Schulung ist von Vorteil
