Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage global procurement, including forecasting, planning, purchasing, and supplier development
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align on technical solutions, supplier selection, and prioritization
  • Source new suppliers and build a fast and agile supplier network
  • Qualify suppliers and assess them regularly in accordance with Lilium requirements
  • Define and implement supply and replenishment strategies to ensure material availability
  • Drive end-to-end purchase management from sourcing to goods receipt
  • Ensure on-time and on-quality delivery, and drive performance reviews with suppliers
  • Create and maintain ERP master data for suppliers and material
  • Establish a great relationship between suppliers and Lilium, and lead problem-solving efforts
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Engineering and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or technical project management roles
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
  • Excellent communications and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Analytical thinker with a result-driven working style
  • Fluent in English
