At STADA Arzneimittel AG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager Global Compliance & Sanctions. This role will be responsible for managing and steering aspects of our Global Compliance Management Program under the guidance of the Head of Global Compliance Program and further enhancing our Sanctions Control Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and oversee selected operations within the Compliance Program, encompassing risk assessment, monitoring, policies, and training initiatives.
- Execute or support Sanctions and other compliance-related initiatives, including performing sanctions screening of counterparties and supporting internal Compliance reviews while managing assigned ad hoc projects.
- Coordinate comprehensive communication and training needs, defining and delivering tailored packages, campaigns, and curricula to improve compliance awareness and adherence across the organization.
- Drive the digitalization within the Compliance area, refining processes through the integration of data-driven analytics, artificial intelligence, and the implementation of advanced tools and systems such as Compliance Questionnaires, Risk Assessments, and Approval processes.
- Analyze reports and data to generate insights for managing risks and strengthening Compliance controls, managing sensitive discussions with senior management, and leading cross-functional projects with key departments such as IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of global compliance regulations and trends, ensuring that STADA's compliance strategies and actions are proactive and fully compliant.
- Degree in Business Administration, Legal, or a similar educational background.
- 2-3 years of experience in a global professional or corporate environment, specifically in the area of Compliance Program and Sanctions, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Strong project management and process design skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet multiple deadlines.
- Upholding high ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Exposure to an international environment in daily business and/or experience in working abroad.
