IT Leadership Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team as an IT Site Manager. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for strengthening our IT team at our production site in Gronau (Westphalia).

**Key Responsibilities**

* System administration in the server, client, and network environment
* Support for on-premise and cloud-based business applications
* Advice and support for specialist departments on all IT-related issues
* Technical support for the introduction and operation of Industry 4.0
* Collaboration and sub-project management in IT projects
* Collaboration with German, global, and external technical teams
* Coordination of external IT service providers
* Local contact person for project and service requests and escalation management
* Purchasing hardware and software, including selection of providers
* Asset, license, and contract management

**Requirements**

* Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree with an IT focus
* Experience in the implementation of IT projects
* Business fluent in written and spoken German; English (at least language level B2/C1 CEFR)
