About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at YSL Germany GmbH in Hamburg. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client service and support to all visitors and clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and anticipate their future requests
  • Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business
  • Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals by having a business mindset and an entrepreneurial approach
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and products to create personalized and timeless silhouettes for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional and authentic way
  • Proactively support the front and back-of-house teams to achieve common goals

Requirements

  • Preferred professional experience in providing high-quality service focused on client expectations, i.e. in fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
  • Personal taste and passion for the fashion culture, with a desire to create personalized looks
  • Natural business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Open-minded and looking for a company valuing audacity and authenticity
  • Strong team spirit to achieve common goals
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language
