About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager SEA to lead our SEA team and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the SEA strategy across all countries, focusing on enhancing customer experience while driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the SEA team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Work with our Marketing Tech team and data analysts to expand our reporting and product data, leveraging and analyzing data to generate insights and build hypotheses.
  • Design incrementality tests to prove the value of Paid Search.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders on global and multi-channel campaigns.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional SEA experience within an eCommerce environment.
  • Previous leadership experience with a proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing impactful strategies over multiple markets.
  • Solid analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and one other European language (Italian, Spanish, German, or French).
