Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Fresh Produce, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming environment for customers and provide excellent service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Presentation: Maintain product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness, ensuring that our fresh produce is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Implement strategies to attract customers and drive sales, including creating visually appealing displays and promoting our products through effective merchandising techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Offer knowledgeable advice and courteous assistance to customers, providing them with information about our products and services.
- Accuracy and Quality: Ensure accurate pricing and product assortment, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Commercial Training: Commercial training in the retail sector is preferred, but not required.
- Product Knowledge: Strong product knowledge and emphasis on quality are essential for this role.
- Customer Interaction: Passion for retail and customer interaction is a must, as well as customer-oriented, good communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
- Flexibility: Openness to learning new things and flexibility to work varying shifts are also required.
