Sterilization Process Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Medical Equipment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe processing of medical equipment, including sterilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sterilization processes to ensure the highest quality of medical equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues related to equipment processing.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Document all process-related activities in our specialized software systems.
• Ensure adherence to all hygiene guidelines and protocols, as well as follow established procedures for quality management.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
• After completing a comprehensive onboarding program, you will be assigned to our on-call team.

Requirements:

• You hold a valid certification in Medical Equipment Technology (Fachkunde I and II) or are willing to obtain it.
• You possess excellent teamwork skills, a high level of reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.
• You have a structured approach to work, are highly organized, and possess excellent IT skills.
• You have experience working with computer systems and are eager to learn more.
• You are a quick learner, flexible, and able to adapt to new situations.
• You are interested in working in a modern and innovative hospital environment.
