We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals for various apprenticeship roles within our sales division. As a dynamic player in the healthcare industry with a workforce of around 60, we invite you to embark on this journey with us and develop your career from the ground up.

Currently, we are offering an apprenticeship for:

  • Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant
Key Responsibilities

Client Support: Assisting and advising clients on our product offerings and services.

  • Quotation and Order Management: Generating quotes, managing orders, and tracking delivery schedules.
  • Procurement: Acquiring products, negotiating supplier prices, and overseeing stock levels.
  • Sales Development: Participating in the formulation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Client Engagement: Conducting regular visits to current clients and seeking new business opportunities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcasing new products and services to potential customers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Finalizing sales agreements and contracts.
  • Market Research: Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Sales Team Support: Offering administrative assistance, scheduling meetings, and organizing documentation.
  • Client Communication: Maintaining client relationships, addressing inquiries, and relaying specific requests.
  • Data Management: Updating client databases and tracking sales metrics.
  • Material Preparation: Developing sales presentations and promotional materials.
Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • A keen interest and preferably some experience in the relevant apprenticeship area
  • Dedication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn
  • A friendly and communicative demeanor
  • Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written
  • High reliability, independence, and accountability
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
