We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail operations in Wiesloch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, active sales, and budget control.

As a Branch Manager at Woolworth GmbH, you will be the central contact between the administration and sales managers. You will be responsible for your team's continuous development, training employees, and ensuring optimal product presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing branch operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team, including training and mentoring employees
  • Ensuring optimal product presentation and visual merchandising
  • Handling pricing, reductions, and inventory management
  • Coordinating with administration and sales managers to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
