Your Responsibilities
Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers who specialize in electrical and electronic components and systems. Collaborate to define and fulfill requirements for system integration and validation. Requirements Management: Oversee the communication of system and component requirements to suppliers, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability. Facilitate interactions between our engineering teams and suppliers to resolve any ambiguities or discrepancies. Supplier Evaluation: Assess potential suppliers based on their Systems Engineering capabilities and ASPICE maturity, as well as their history of delivering high-quality automotive-grade components. Participate in supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with our quality and process standards. Compliance with ASPICE and ISO: Ensure that supplier development processes adhere to ASPICE requirements and relevant ISO standards and regulations for Functional Safety and Cyber Security. Provide guidance and support to suppliers to assist them in achieving necessary certifications and compliance. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with Functional Safety and Cybersecurity throughout the supply chain. Collaborate with suppliers to recognize potential vulnerabilities and implement measures to enhance the safety and security of our products.Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in quality assurance or related roles within the automotive sector, focusing on electrical/electronic systems development. Comprehensive knowledge of automotive electronic components, embedded systems, software development processes, systems engineering principles, and quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ASPICE). Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, capable of interpreting complex data, conducting root cause analysis, and driving problem-solving initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.-
