We're seeking an experienced IT Retail Sales & Account Manager to lead projects across EMEA and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Acquire customer leads through various channels, including phone, events, and presentations.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Organize sales and marketing events to engage with customers and promote HRS solutions.
Personal Profile:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in selling IT solutions and services to Retail clients, with a strong understanding of POS and omnichannel concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
  • Previous experience with Retail transformation projects and a strong understanding of the Retail business domain.
  • Strong network of contacts within EMEA retailers, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at the C-level.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a positive 'can-do' attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Flexible and able to work from home, with occasional travel required.
