System Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled System Architect to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing hydraulic systems for our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space.
Key Responsibilities:- Concept and definition phase of hydraulic systems
- Definition of system and equipment requirements
- System and equipment qualification and certification
- Supplier technical management
- Representation of the department/company towards the customer and in front of suppliers and partners
- Interfacing with and support to e.g. Flight Test, System Integration Testing, Airworthiness, Final Assembly Line, Technical Publications, Programme Management, Procurement & other engineering functions
- In Service Support, e.g. Problem Investigations
- Project Management
- Completed studies in the field of Aerospace, mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of fluid, thermal, and/or hydraulic equipment/components
- Engineering experience in hydraulic-/hydromechanical systems is a plus
- Experience with supplier management is beneficial
- Requirements verification & validation knowledge is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, Catia V5 and Matlab
- Fluent in English
- German is an advantage
