**About Us**

Popken Fashion GmbH is a leading international fashion company specializing in plus-size fashion. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Design Team Lead to join our marketing team in our headquarters in Rastede.

**Your Role**

As a Senior Graphic Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our graphic design team and overseeing the creation of all visual marketing materials, including print catalogs, flyers, and digital assets. Your focus will be on developing concepts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and develop the graphic design team to achieve high-quality results
• Develop and implement visual brand guidelines and style guides
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns
• Oversee the creation of all visual marketing materials, including print and digital assets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

**Requirements**

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team
• Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner)
• Fluent German (C2) and excellent English (B2) skills

**Nice to Have**

• Experience with Illustrator, Premiere, Canva, and Keynote
