Aufgaben / Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Management von Prozessen im Bereich Order to Cash (OTC) und Transportmanagement (TM) innerhalb der Business Unit Advanced Industrial Intermediates.
  • Durchführung von Prozessanalysen, einschließlich Workshops und datenbasierter Analysen, um einen integrierten End-to-End-Prozess für eine optimale Geschäftsausrichtung zu entwickeln.
  • Initiierung von IT-Entwicklungen basierend auf Prozess- und Datenanalysen zur Schaffung von Prozessstandards.
  • Verbesserung bestehender Prozesskennzahlen und Initiierung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung (z.B. OTIF, manuelle Bearbeitungsrate).
  • Identifikation und Leitung von Optimierungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Abteilungen weltweit.
  • Koordination der globalen OTC-Nutzergruppen sowie 2nd Level Support und Durchführung von Schulungen.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung und Steuerung von IT- und Exzellenzprojekten im Bereich OTC und TM für die BU AII.
  • Als aktives Mitglied der LANXESS OTC-Community fungieren Sie als Bindeglied zwischen dem globalen Prozessverantwortlichen und den operativen Geschäftsbereichen, was eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams erfordert.

Anforderungen / Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt auf Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
  • Grundkenntnisse der ERP-Prozesse, insbesondere im Bereich Kundenservice, Supply Chain oder Transportplanung.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten.
  • Strategisches Denken und proaktive Entscheidungsfindung sowie analytische und lösungsorientierte Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP-Systemen im Bereich SD und TM ist wünschenswert.
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen sind erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung in der lateralen Führung und im Management von Key-User-Communities sowie Change Management sind von Vorteil.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Reisebereitschaft, abhängig von Projekten, unter 10%.
