About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at USU Solutions DACH. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software development and IT consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to support bid preparation and customer engagement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers in agile project management methodologies.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between our team and customers.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical project management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Recognized project management certification (IPMA, PMI, PMO, or Prince2) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, software architecture, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and moderation skills.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
