City Store Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our City Store team in Augsburg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement operational plans and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and German languages
