Rehabilitation Specialist

Tasks that will help you advance

• You will independently review applications for medical rehabilitation benefits, including preventive measures for mothers and fathers, ambulatory and inpatient medical rehabilitation, and follow-up rehabilitation.
• You will advise customers, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities on medical rehabilitation topics.
• As part of case management, you will select the appropriate rehabilitation measure and facility, involving the medical service in the process.

Skills you bring

• You have a medical care education with several years of experience in a hospital or rehabilitation clinic.
• You have knowledge of diseases and their ambulatory and inpatient treatment approaches.
• Your negotiation skills, assertiveness, and decision-making abilities set you apart.
• You have good IT skills.

Attractive remuneration

You will receive an attractive starting salary according to pay grade 6 BAT/AOK-Neu (at least €40,513 per month, including holiday and Christmas bonuses), depending on your qualifications. Holidays

Time off is important. You will have 30 days of holiday, as well as Christmas and New Year's Eve off. Depending on the region, you will also have an additional Brauchtumstag.

Through our annual working hours account, you can also reduce individual working days or take time off if you have worked longer than the scheduled hours.
