About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior ERP Consultant to join our team at LEANNOVA GmbH. As a Junior ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project leadership teams in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for our clients
  • Assist in the management, monitoring, and coordination of all project activities, including the conduct of workshops such as requirement gathering
  • Develop concepts for required configurations or modifications, which will be implemented by the software development department
  • Where possible, perform the necessary configuration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Coordinate with clients regarding necessary adjustments and serve as a liaison between the software development department and our clients
  • Regularly report on project progress in client-side project management forums as well as internal project overviews/project reviews
  • Manage external service providers
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users
  • Coordinate change processes
  • Lead sub-projects using agile and classical methods
  • Presentations and workshops for all levels, from end-users to management
Requirements
  • Completed education in banking or comparable mathematical qualifications (e.g. auditing, tax consulting, insurance consulting, business administration, controlling)
  • Interest in IT consulting and motivation to grow in this field
  • Team skills and commitment
  • Communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to approach complex task assignments with a structured and 'hands-on' approach
