Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the office through a period of exciting growth and transformation
  • Provide expert tax and business advice to a diverse client base
  • Participate in business development activities and client acquisition
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development
  • Drive the implementation of digital business processes within the office

Requirements:

  • Qualified Tax Advisor with experience in managing teams
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for driving growth
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
