Position: Marketing and Promotion Support Staff (m/f/d)Location: Berlin

Key Responsibilities- Distribute marketing materials at various cultural gatherings, educational institutions, bookstores, cafes, and bars.
- Conduct research on events and venues for effective distribution of promotional content.
- Oversee information and sales desks during events.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including copying and routine office duties.
- Genuine enthusiasm for cultural and artistic events.
- Interest in our initiatives and a foundational understanding of other cultural organizations in Berlin.
- Dependability, meticulousness, an outgoing demeanor, excellent communication abilities, and empathy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and readiness for short-term assignments.
- Language proficiency: German (C2) and English (B1) as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
- Opportunity to be part of a friendly and dynamic team.
- Hourly compensation of 15.23 € in accordance with public service collective agreements.
