About the Job

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned real estate professional to join a renowned property management company as a key member of their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Requirements
  • Completed commercial training as a real estate clerk or a (specialized) university degree in real estate management
  • Several years of experience in the field, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent MS Office skills and familiarity with common property management software
  • Fluent German language skills at least on a C1 level
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, service providers, authorities, owners, and third parties, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct regular property inspections, including report generation, to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Negotiate and draft lease agreements, addendums, and other rental agreements, ensuring that all parties are fully informed and compliant
  • Record and maintain accurate master data, lease agreements, and conditions, ensuring seamless property management
  • Monitor debtor accounts for incoming payments, manage invoices, and reconcile accounts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and distribute ancillary cost statements to clients, ensuring transparency and compliance
