We are excited to invite you to consider a role as a People Operations Strategist (m/f/d) at our facility in Friedberg.

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with executive leadership on workforce management, guiding them through organizational protocols and ensuring initiatives to engage, nurture, and empower individuals and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting with leaders on all organizational and employee-related matters concerning labor relations, collective agreements, and social legislation, while executing necessary actions in collaboration with specialized departments and in regular partnership with employer associations and other external entities, as well as with co-determination committees (e.g. terminations, disciplinary actions, appeals regarding classifications or evaluation outcomes) Involvement in the execution of short-, medium-, and long-term workforce planning, along with oversight, coordination, consensus, and execution of all initiatives in the realms of talent acquisition, support, and professional growth Analyzing and interpreting workforce-related metrics according to guidelines or based on self-defined criteria and formulating recommendations for actions for departments, personnel management, or the executive team Executing all initiatives related to compensation, such as classifications and groupings, as well as work schedule regulations in accordance with legal, collectively agreed, and organizational standards and in consultation with specialized departments Contributing to the formulation and drafting of organizational agreements in collaboration with the employee council, departments, and personnel management Assisting and advising employees on matters such as career development, phased retirement, workplace health, and safety, etc. Aiding departments in identifying training requirements and in designing collective and individual development initiatives Designing and facilitating workshops and moderation in consultation with specialized departments, along with regular involvement in projects for personnel and organizational enhancement Taking a pivotal role in HR initiatives and collaborating closely with international HR teams to implement standardized processes and foster continuous improvement to ensure alignment with the global HR strategy

Qualifications for Success

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources management, or equivalent training Global perspective and entrepreneurial mindset Over 5 years of professional experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing context Proficiency in conceptual HR functions as well as in supporting transformation processes and organizational development Exceptional communication and advisory skills Proficient in both German and English Competent in utilizing all standard MS-Office applications Outgoing and personable character Strong empathy and conflict resolution skills
