About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Services Expert to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our Services & Solutions department, you will be responsible for driving innovation and strategy across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of PMO activities for the Innovation & Strategy team, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with our Landesgesellschaften and internal stakeholders to design and facilitate workshops on innovation and strategy topics, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps and results from Turnaround Initiatives and Strategic Initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the budgeting process within the Services & Solutions department, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a numerate field (e.g., Statistics, Business Informatics, Economics) or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess first-hand experience in the Retail and/or Consulting industries.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of business economics, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Exhibit a high level of initiative, independence, and self-motivation, with a strong ability to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Bring innovative ideas and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Display excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
