Job Title: Project Manager, Kit Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Marken, a leading provider of clinical supply chain solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of kit operation projects for clinical supply projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and ensure key project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal operational and quality departments to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project specifications, including the creation of project master files and kit production databases.
  • Support logistics and import activities, as well as billing and quality incidents.
  • Proactively identify and escalate any risks to project success.
  • Assist with client audits and provide support for client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven self-management skills and ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects proactively across a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Understanding of clinical trial protocols and GMP-compliant depot networks.
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience, ideally in a clinical trials environment.
  • Graduation in Life Sciences or Logistics or other supply chain related industry, or > 2 years professional experience in project management.
