Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Werkstudent Vertrieb to join our team at Nature Compound GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales leadership and taking on independent tasks in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute sales campaigns
  • Manage sales processes, document and maintain data in our ERP system
  • Take on project-based tasks, such as research, data analysis, and presentation development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or Business Communication)
  • First-hand experience in sales and project management is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven work ethic
