Healthcare Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Business Intelligence Consultant to join our Financial Analytics Germany team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in translating data into actionable insights that drive better healthcare outcomes.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Healthcare Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Shaping the German DRG system to improve healthcare efficiency;
- Advising hospitals on proper costing and benchmarking practices;
- Developing reliable information for medical steering teams;
- Collaborating with the executive/management board to derive correct measures;
- Preparing insightful reports for hospital clients.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A degree in Health Economics or Economics;
- 3-7 years of experience in hospital management and hospital financing systems;
- Familiarity with the German Healthcare System and reimbursement system;
- Experience working with financial data and analytical tools;
- Excellent analytical and communicative skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL;
- High proficiency in German and English.
