Wir suchen ab sofort im Großraum Regensburg einen Leiter Supply Chain Management (m/w/d) in der DIREKTVERMITTLUNG.

Dein Profil als Leiter Supply Chain Management (m/w/d)
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, SCM oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position / Führungsposition mit
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse über logistische Prozesse und Zusammenhänge, sowie eine starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Gestaltungswille und Flexibilität
  • Unternehmerisch strategisches sowie prozessorientiertes Denken, sind für Dich dabei selbstverständlich
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Deine Aufgaben als Leiter Supply Chain Management (m/w/d)
  • Die Personalverantwortung im Bereich Supply Chain Management mit den dazu gehörenden Bereichen strategischer und operativer Einkauf, Wareneingang, Lager und Fertigungslogistik gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben
  • Du bist Mitglied in verschiedenen Lead-Buyer Teams für gruppenweit zu verhandelnde Materialgruppen
  • Die Erstellung und Nachverfolgung des Budgets, der Kapazitäts- und Investitionsplanung fällt in Deinen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung zur Zielerreichung mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten im Hinblick auf Kosten, Cash, Verfügbarkeit, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit sowie Verhandlung und Bewertung von Preisen und kommerziellen Lieferbedingungen von Rahmenverträgen
  • Prozess- und Kostenanalyse inklusive Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Verfahren und Prozesse für die gesamte Supply Chain Organisation zur Leistungsverbesserung und Kostenreduzierung
  • Mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Technik, Planung und Produktion arbeitest Du eng zusammen
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Reports und Berichten der lokalen Einkaufsstrategie sowie Ableitung der lokalen strategischen Initiativen
  • Du bringst einen weltweiten strategisch-kommerziellen Blick auf die Beschaffungsmärkte hinsichtlich Konditionen, Technik und Risiken
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung und Überwachung aller Einkaufsaktivitäten und -projekte am Standort sowie Weiterentwicklung des SCM-Kennzahlensystems
