Become a key player in our procurement team at innomatec Leak Test Solutions
- Oversee procurement activities autonomously, including negotiations, contract finalizations, and order processing.
- Evaluate procurement markets and client needs for designated product lines.
- Execute procurement plans through effective pricing and contract discussions with vendors.
- Handle communication with suppliers and track delivery schedules.
- Ensure quality assurance and upkeep of procurement records.
- Address delivery and invoicing issues promptly.
- Engage in supplier assessment and enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in business with a technical focus or a comparable qualification in procurement, logistics, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of German contract legislation and negotiation practices.
- Proficient in both German and English (minimum B2, ideally C1 level).
- Skilled in MS Office, ERP software, and general IT competencies.
- Strong motivation, customer-centric approach, and commitment to quality.
