Maintenance Manager / Property Care Specialist
in Weil am Rhein
Your Responsibilities
- You will represent Vonovia as the property owner on site and serve as the first point of contact for our tenants.
- You will conduct security inspections (visual and functional checks).
- You will be available to our tenants for any issues or concerns related to living.
- You will ensure that order and cleanliness are maintained in the residential complexes.
- You will monitor and document the work of our internal and external service providers (e.g. maintenance of outdoor areas, staircase cleaning, winter maintenance).
- Your tasks on site will also include conducting tenant consultations, mediating tenant disputes, and accepting and handing over our apartments.
Your Profile
- You have a completed commercial education and bring an interest in technical tasks.
- In addition, initial work experience in the housing industry is desirable.
- You have good German language skills in writing and speaking, and additional foreign language skills are an asset.
- You have basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You hold a valid class B driving license.
- You possess excellent customer service and customer orientation, a secure demeanor, conflict resolution skills, and assertiveness, rounding out your profile.
